Itinerary

Day 1

Chandigarh to Sarahan

You will find our representatives at the Chandigarh railway station or Airport once you reach there. They will surely help you easily reach a small Himachal village, Sarahan, without facing any issues. When you reach your destination, check in and rest overnight to enjoy your journey the next morning efficiently.

Day 1

Sarahan to Sangla

Take blessings from goddess Durga in the morning in Sarahan Bhimakali Temple. You must now move forward to Sangla to continue the journey. Due to the winding road, it takes six hours to get to Sangla.
Once there, check into a hotel or a luxury tent rental and take some time to recover. Enjoy lunch, then get ready to tour the surrounding cities of Kamru and Sangla. Visit the neighborhood markets, have fun in the evening, and then head back to the hotel for the night.

Day 1

Local Sightseeing of Chitkul Sangla Valley

On your third day of travel, visit Kamru Fort and the temple located there; along with this, get the blessings of Kamaksha Devi. You can visit nearby Kamrcham village, which is around 17 km from Sangla. On your way to the village, consider visiting Chitkul at the Indo-Tibetan border.
This is the last inhabited village which is famous for the staircase terrain. It is in the Baspa Valley, here rushes the River Baspa through narrow gorges that rinse the Chitkul settlement. Again, you may return to your hotel and stay overnight in Sangla.

Day 1

Sangla to Kalpa Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, you will be driven to Kalpa village. On the way, you can stop in Recongpo to enjoy the vibrancy of the local market and shop for local goods. As the district headquarters of Kinnaur District, you can enjoy a local lunch at the restaurant, sampling various Indian and Tibetan delicacies.
After lunch, you can visit the Kalpa village and the nearby Roghi village, known for their quality of apricots and apples. Not to mention the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kinner Kailash in the early morning. Visit Kalpa, a beautiful village being developed by Britishers in the century. Stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 1

Kalpa to Tabo

After breakfast, move to Tabo while having a walk at Nako and Puh. You can visit the village and Nako Lake for a delicious lunch on your journey. After having a pleasureful meal, halt towards Kalpa for further travel.
While moving towards Tabo, visit Gue village, which is famous for its Buddhist Mummy, which is approximately 600 years old. The monk’s mummy is considered the most attractive point of the village and brings several visitors regularly. Once reaching Tabo, stay overnight in the hotel and have a relaxed sleep.

Day 1

Tabo to Kaza

Visit the popular Tabo Monastery in the village, which is located at an elevation of 3,200 meters. The Gompa is well-known for preserving ancient Buddhist scriptures and statues. Continue to Kaza after seeking blessing at the thousand-year-old monastery.
Visit Dhankar village and Dhankar monastery on the way. Stop for lunch here before continuing your journey. When you arrive in Kaza, check into your hotel and, if time allows, explore the local markets.

Day 1

Sightseeing around Kaza

Today is the day to visit Kaza and its neighboring villages, such as Langza, Hikkim, Kibber, and Komic. Langza is an important village in Spiti that contains million-year-old fossils and remains from ancient times, making it geographically significant.
Get some samples and brag about them when you return to your house. If the weather permits, you can continue to Hikkim and the Komic village, now the world’s highest village (4,450 meters) and connected to the world’s highest motorable road. Travel to Kye Monastery.
Kye Monastery is located near the village of Kibber on the left bank of the Spiti River.Enjoy a delicious Tibetan lunch at a local restaurant in Kibber village. Take a scenic drive to Kibber’s pastureland. Return to Kaza for the night in the evening.

Day 1

Kaza-Kalpa

We will depart for Kalpa on day 8 of the tour, a small town in the Sutlej River Valley above Recking Peo in the Kinnaur district. When you arrive in Kalpa, explore the town and its magnificent beauty, which will captivate the explorer in you. Witness the magnetic view of majestic Mt.Kiiner Kailash, Lord Shiva’s abode, from here and enjoy a stay in the hotel overnight.

Day 1

Kalpa to Shimla

After you’ve explored the town, it’s time to say goodbye to these enchanted mountains. Today, drive back to Shimla via Narkanda, where you can stop for lunch before continuing to Shimla. Check into the hotel upon arrival and unwind for the night.

This is the final day of the tour, and you will be returning to your homes today. After a good breakfast, you will be driven from Shimla to Chandigarh for a comfortable drop. Take your next flight or train back home.
